The Role

I am working with a top international client who are looking to recruit a Senior Java Engineer who specialises in Java. The company are a world leader in the entertainment and sound system and are looking for someone to play a pivotal part in a multitude of projects that range from entertainment to automotive. Within the project, you will have full ownership over system design and tech stack, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the design of features across high and low levels
• Take control of you own interfaces with internal and external leads
• Participate in peer code review
• Be confident in your ability as a Core JAVA developer
• Use CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Eclipse
• Ability to develop Microservices and APIs

Skills and Requirements

• Vast experience with backend cloud based Java applications
• Experience using applications developed using Core Java
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture
• Comfortable using configuration management, test environments and development used for Java applications
