I am recruiting for an Program Manager in Poland to aid with and be responsible for the translation of client contracts into measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience and can demonstrate success in IT transformation in both program and project management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the transition of client contracts into business results and look after a team to ensure that they become a key part of program delivery
Build and develop relationships with client stakeholders
Be accountable for all phases throughout the team
Create and distribute KPI's and service level agreements
Demonstrate great leadership throughout every process of the role
Skills and Requirements
Experience of leading a group of a large sized scale (30-300)
Plan and manage multiple projects at one time as well as additional sub projects
Has validation of program and project management
Can bring vast experience from previous roles in order to adapt to change and find new ways to demonstrating a positive approach to the changes
Has a thorough knowledge of IT across various domains
Bachelors Degree in Business and Technical subjects
