Business Analyst

Job Description:

Frank Recruitment Group are working for a leading global bank who are searching for a Business Analyst to join their growing team in Poland.



Role and Responsibilities:

• You will assist the bank in producing informed risk-based decisions
• You will gather the requirements, creating workflows and data models
• You will suggest improvements in processes, suggest automation to improve efficiencies of processes/workflows

Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
• Experience with financial services industry
• Previous experience with data analysis
• Experience with SQL and any automation tools (advantageous)
