Java Developer - Norway - Hybrid Working

One of my international clients based in Norway is expanding their existing development team and is urgently looking for experienced Java Developers. The business has global presence where you will have a chance to work with the newest technologies such as Java Spring, Java Spring Boot, as well as SaaS, PaaS, etc. while supporting international corporations within the renewable energy sector.


Role & Responsibilities

• You will join a backend team, where you'll be involved in a variety of different aspects of the project lifecycle, such as development, architecture, implementation and test automation
• You will work in Agile environment while contributing to all phrases of the development lifecycle
• You will focus on writing well designed, efficient and testable code while contributing to the global renewable energy transition

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in backend development
• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Experience with Unix, Linux, Bash or Jenkins
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with building and managing AWS infrastructure, CI/CD and JavaScript would be beneficial
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), Danish would be beneficial
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (or another relevant field)
