Support Engineer

FRG Technology Consulting in collaboration with our client who are a rapidly growing SaaS organisation are on the lookout for a Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

The platform provides a user-friendly set of engagement tools, content management features, smart forms and data integration capabilities whose mission is to transform your digital ecosystem into a streamlined platform which you will have the opportunity to work on and implement with various organisations Australia-wide.



Responsibilities

• Work on a unique SaaS platform that facilitates and promotes social engagement.
• Participate in work with an advanced and effective platform with high profile clients.
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance using both front end and back end frameworks.

Skills

• Strong background working with PHP 7 & 8 and relevant MVC frameworks (Laravel preferred)
• Exposure working in container-based environments utilising tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working on the development of SaaS-based applications
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including network security, log analysis, authentication protocols, and network troubleshooting highly regarded but not essential
• Bonus points for experience working with Drupal and/or Front-end JavaScript frameworks (VueJS preferred)
