Role Title: UX Designer

Location: Voslaw, Poland - Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Within this role you will be responsible for;

• The creation and maintenance of design systems for future scalability
• The creation of handover documents for UI development teams and conduct knowledge sessions
• Conducting Heuristic evaluations and report findings with suggestions for improvement
• Conducting UI reviews and report findings

Required Skills/Experience:

A senior level experience with the following,

• A commanding knowledge of UX design and Usability principles
• Experience in UX design of enterprise applications, across multiple devices
• Confidence to mentor junior team members to translate business requirements to intuitive design and user experience
• Ability to conduct user research both independently and as a team
• Clear communication skills and ability to articulate design to the team
• Knowledge of the following UX design tools: Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD

Favourable Skills/Experience:

• Command of HTML and CSS
• Awareness of JavaScript frameworks such as: Angular, React, etc.
• Vector Graphics Design - e.g. Icons and other scalable graphics

• Understanding of Accessibility guidelines within the EU and how to apply them

• Experience in Banking or any Financial Domain
