I am working alongside a global leader in digital services, who are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Poland. You will primarily work on projects related to video conferencing, designing ordering flow and data universe. The client are responsible for providing services for clients in over 40 countries, meaning there is no shortage of the versatility of projects you will be working on.

Roles and Requirements

• Interview users and stakeholders to distinguish what the relevant process will be for all parties
• Work and come up with functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create structure for your own projects and maintain the managerial aspects
• Analyse existing processes whilst optimizing their effectiveness

Skills and Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
• Sharp analytical skills
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Experience/Knowledge of video conference projects
• Customer orientated
