L2 Technical Operations Engineer


  • Up to 110k + Super

About the Company

FRG Technology in partnership with our client who are an emerging market leader and SaaS-based organisation in the food delivery industry.

They are currently on the lookout for a L2 Technical Operations Engineer to join their growing Service Desk team.

  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Team to resolve tickets
  • Escalate to a higher-level IT team as appropriate
  • Assist company employees to set up their IT devices and other devices

  • Minimum 5 years of Service Desk experience
  • Google Workspace (G Suite) Support experience is preferred
  • Experience with Windows 10, MacOS, JAMF and Intune
  • Exposure working as a Service Desk Engineer within a commercial setting in one or more technology suites (Zendesk, Servicenow, Python, Google Workspace (G Suite), Apple Products, Windows 10 etc)
