Our client develops, manufactures and markets high-quality aluminum composite panels, structural composite materials, plastic sheets and lightweight foam boards
Responsibilities:
Follow up with plant to arrange shipment and ensure delivery performance.
Prepare shipping documentations and ensure customer shipping requirements are fulfilled in an effective and efficient manner. Include checking of BL draft, Packing list,
Form E, Insurance etc
Proactively to inform on production, cargo readiness date or any potential shipment delays to avoid any downtime.
Goods receipt for all the inbound shipments / deliveries against the price/quantities on purchase orders and resolve shipment error.
Liaise with warehouse, customers, carriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth flow of shipments
Keep track of all delivery schedules and shipment dates.
Co-ordinate sales order and deliveries
Control the movement of goods (shipping and distribution and maintain proper and accurate records of physical stocks against system inventory through regular inventory check).
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior
Execute samples replenishment and deliveries from 3PL warehouse in the most cost-efficient, effective manner
Prepare L/Cs documentations for bank submission
Job Specifications:
Diploma in logistics services, supply chain or similar field
Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Candidate who can start work within short notice is preferred
LC Knowledge Preferred
