Senior Platform Developer

Salary: 19,000 PLN - 25,000 PLN

Location: Poland - Warsaw, Krakow / Remote

Job Description:

I have an interesting greenfield project available with a highly reputable client. My client is looking for a Software Developer with a focus on the Backend to build strong software applications to develop a low-latency trading platform.

Responsibilities:

Design and code following SOLID principles and ensure a strong testing coverage.

Analyse technical requirements and design high quality technical solutions.

Work within a small team of developers and hold code review meetings.

Collaborate with architects and designers.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills; with written and spoken English.

Proficient experience with Java 8 and Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of Backend architecture.

Good knowledge of Frontend tools and development.

Strong understanding of Oracle database.

Desired:

Experience with Multithreaded applications.

Knowledge of JMS, MQ, and GitHub.

Experience with Cloud services; preferably Azure.

Good knowledge of Trading systems or practices.
