In the role of a Lead Consultant, the successful candidate will be required to anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. They will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in the domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. Its key that the successful candidate will have prior experience in anchoring business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. Offering value-adding consulting solutions that enable their clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
University degree or equivalent
12 years of experience in Procurement technologies, Ariba, Coupa, GEP
Coupa certification for Platform, CSO, CLM, CLMA.
Lead business process sessions to document As-Is and To-Be processes
Develop Functional requirements for To-Be business processes aligning to Buisness goal
Delivered 2 large procurement transformation engagements for multinational customers Candidate must have a minimum 6 years of hands on working experience in Coupa implementation
Must have worked in Coupa BSM modules such as Procure, Invoice, pay, sourcing, contract, Supplier mgmt., Analytics, Expense management, integration with major ERP's
Handling presales activities, including growing Coupa competency, responding to RFI, RFP and take it for closure
Develop innovative solutions
Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation.
Understanding the requirements by working with product owner & project team.
Perform requirement Analysis & define Solution for identified requirements.
Customize and Configure Coupa application as per business requirements
Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
Provide training, demo & product walkthrough to client's key and end users
Own and drive the end to end RFI and RFP process
Prepare Reusable Artefacts to be used in Presales cycle
Prepare a High quality and winnable proposals
Develop Accelerators that can be used in support and implementation engagements
