Backend Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• To be able to collaborate with other teams to design features and products
• Taking responsibility and delivering end to end product development efforts and creating prototypes for usability testing
• Create robust designs and development experience in customisation
• Support the business by creating and managing custom reports, complex work flow rules, processes of approval and data validation
• Being able to work in an nimble environment all while being attentive on the most reliable information to approve client needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication, analytic and problem solving skills
• Strong logical and communication skills
• Seasoned experience in software technology
• Experience creating and maintaining databases
• Managerial experience preferred
