Java Developer/Software Engineer

Location: Fully Remote (Poland)

Salary: Up to 200PLN per hour

Job Type: Contract

A new job opportunity has become available for a Java Developer. Our client is looking for a driven and experienced Developer. You will be responsible for the development of a model driven, highly scalable, high performance, data storage and event processing framework. This role will give you the opportunity to develop either in the direction of developing a OLPT and event processing platform or a position management and valuations system.

Responsibilities of the role:

• You will be apart of the full software development lifecycle for microservice architect.
• You will be working with technology such as Java, SQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch and Big Data Solutions.
• Work with mission critical platforms.
• You will design, develop, peer-view, test and deliver cutting-edge, highly performant and resilient technical solutions.
• You will have to meet evolving business demands and solve challenging technical problems.

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong experience in computer science or a related field.
• Have strong knowledge of Java 8/11, Spring, Spring boot and Junit.
• Have extensive experience working in a complex technical environment.
• Experience with cloud and containers is preferred.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana is a bonus.
