Looking for:

Seeking an experienced Software Implementation Engineer with a deep understanding of database maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record in owning and driving all aspects of database maintenance for ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar platforms.

  • Robust experience in performance monitoring of Microsoft SQL Server 2019 databases and familiarity with ERP-specific databases.

  • Proficiency in T-SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.

  • Ability to communicate efficiently in both Polish and English due to our multinational presence.

  • Independent and innovative, capable of driving new solutions and effecting positive changes.

  • Industry certificates and soft skills training in the relevant field will be highly regarded.


As an MS SQL Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and optimizing SQL Server 2019 databases to ensure optimal performance.

  • Collaboration: Collaborating with Microsoft Dynamics developers to fine-tune SQL queries from ERP, reporting, and replication software.

  • Automation: Implementing and coordinating database maintenance automation efforts to streamline processes.

  • Coordination: Planning and coordinating with NAV developers to roll out fixes across all our countries' databases.

  • Documentation: Ensuring that SQL Server configuration documentation is up-to-date for reference and training purposes.
