ERP Support Engineer

About:

Seeking a dedicated ERP Support Engineer to assist in resolving service requests related to an ERP Dynamics NAV system. In this role, you will work closely with application developers and various specialist areas, providing maintenance and support services to users and service delivery functions.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English for effective communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving new solutions.
• Industry certifications and soft skills training are highly valued to demonstrate your expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to the ERP system.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of applications and identify areas for improvement.
• User Guidance: Provide guidance and training to users, particularly following new software releases.
• Fault Solutions: Devise both permanent and temporary solutions and workarounds for system faults.
• Compliance: Adhere to established safety, security, and quality standards.
• User Feedback: Gather user feedback for analysis to inform future application development.
• Documentation: Maintain and update documentation related to ERP systems.
• Enhancements: Define system enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
