Frontend NodeJS Developer

My client is a leading global banking services looking for an experienced and talented frontend nodejs developer engineer to join their growing team in Bucharest for contract. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, in a challenging and rewarding role.



Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• The ideal candidate will need to be self-dynamic, self-directed, spirited, able to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
• Combat creative and commercial problems with decision making

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science, information science, or other professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, libraries, and frameworks
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
• Extensive experience as a Node.js developer
• Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional analytic and problem-solving aptitude
• Development experience designing object oriented JavaScript and SVG
• Applicable knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS
• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimisation techniques
