Lead GCP Engineer

I am currently working alongside an exciting an rapidly expanding consultancy client keen to bring in an experienced Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer to join their well established team and our client is keen to interview as early as the start of next week!



This is a senior role and successful candidate will need to have prior experience of team leadership and working with the Google Cloud Platform. A big part of the role will also be stakeholder management, so having prior client facing solutions experience would be a huge advantage. Ideally from a Financial Services background.



There is excellent development and progression opportunities available for successful candidates. With in-house GCP training also available.



It is also desirable that the successful candidate will have a background in at least a few of the following areas;



- GCP or Another Major Cloud Provider (3+ Years Ideally)
- Creating CI/CD Pipelines
- DevOps Tools and Procedures
- Infrastructure as a Code: Terraform
- CI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins/Git/Nexus
- Languages: Python or Java
- Containerisation: Kubernetes And Docker
- Leadership Experience
- Excellent Communications Skills



This is a full time Permanent position paying between £80k-£110k (dependant on experience) and our client is keen to speak with Candidates as soon as possible.
