UX/UI Engineer

My client is a leading global investment bank looking for an experienced and talented UX/UI engineer to join their growing team in Warsaw for contract. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, in a challenging and rewarding role.



Roles & Responsibilities:

• Examine existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement
• Manage multiple tasks and adequately prioritise accordingly
• Participate in design discussions and reviews to shape the evolution of various UX/UI and models
• Possess analytic skills and to be able to apply knowledge
• Combat creative and commercial problems with decision making
• Forge strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering or other professional qualifications
• Experience with object oriented and functional languages such as, JavaScript
• Strong technical ability, with demonstrated ability to learn, prototype, and incorporate new and open source technologies
• To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, with an ability to express relevant technical and business concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audience
• Experience leading a highly technical team in an agile environment
• Experience with test-driven development and unit testing
