In Jefferson Frank, Technology Partner di Amazon Web Services, siamo alla ricerca di un Experience Technology Director per conto di una software house.

Il cliente offre contratto in modalita' ibrida con una presenza a settimana presso Verona, la retribuzione annua verra' ovviamente calcolata in base all'esperienza del candidato fino ad un massimo di 70.000 euro.

Main activities

Defines the service development roadmap of the Experience Technology area, evaluating and proposing new technological solutions to be adopted, in a logic of continuous innovation
Supervises the team's activities to guarantee the best value proposition - in relation to the technological variable - on the projects carried out and to grow the know-how of its people
Is actively involved in new business and presale activities, to provide support and vision on the best solutions to be adopted for our customers
Participate in brainstorming and project team meetings to check the technical feasibility of the ideas that arise
Supervises the team's activities to achieve the objectives, monitoring the operational phases and the final product output, guaranteeing the expressed quality
Directs and supervises R&D activities to guarantee the technological innovation necessary to keep its market competitiveness and positioning high

Experience and technical skills

Soft technology skills in relation to our technology stack
Previous experience in team management, preferably in digital communications agencies
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Our technology stack:

ReactJS frontend based on NextJS framework with 3D WebGL integrations
.NET backend based on custom solutions or NopCommerce e-commerce platform, in headless mode
PHP backend based on Wordpress, in headless mode
PaaS Azure/AWS hosting infrastructures
Deploy and CI on Azure Devops platform
