My client is a global MNC providing an end-to-end SaaS-based CX platform that enables enterprises to easily manage and provide exceptional customer journeys.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager (Named Accounts) to join their exceptional team. This is a hunter role that will require you to develop relationships across the senior management of target organisations and sell to C-suite holders and key decision makers.
- Drive strategic initiatives to demonstrate the CX platform's capabilities and solutions.
- Identify key accounts in the territory and increase market share
- Develop relationships across all levels within target organisations, including C level and senior stakeholders
- Provide critical insights to customers to generate showcase credibility and market leadership
- Operate as a 'hunter' and demand generator.
- Develop large-scale implementation roadmaps and establish multi-year business plans
- Take charge of presales, sale, engineering, agreements and support the efforts for each account.
- 10 years of experience in technology sales selling complex software solutions, preferably in the Customer Experience sector
- Experienced closing large transactions of average $500,000 deal
- Superb communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Experienced developing relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers and able to communicate the product value and offering in an influential way.
