IT Project Manager

Job Description:

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global bank who are searching for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their expanding team of IT professionals. This role entails the responsibility of overseeing Incident Management Projects.



Role & Responsibilities:

• Build plans, track actions, issues and risks
• Provide project support
• Provide monitoring capabilities and Life-cycle management across the bank, for both production and test environments
• Lower the operational risk-profile and achieve higher level of automation

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Previous experience working projects in either Financial or Banking industry
• Good experience in Incident Management including running the Incident Management process
• Strong working knowledge with Jira, MS Systems, Agile methodology & Kafka
• ITIL and PMP Certificates - advantageous
