With a wide project scope, you could be working with customers based in the public or private sector, including industries such as healthcare, education, IT, finance, and many more!

With employee success and happiness at the centre of this consultancy, you can be assured that projects with match your skill-set and your interests.

Whether you are hoping to broaden your technical competence, or grow into architect, lead or management roles, your career goals are important and will be recognised to help you get where you want to be.

There are training opportunities throughout the year, and opportunities to take certifications and build your experience.

Some of the skills we look for you to have are:
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role within software development/engineering
  • Proficiency in at least one OOP language - Java, C# and JavaScript are of particular interest
  • Familiarity with Agile teamwork and a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical steps
  • An interest in developing sustainable technology, and how digitalisation can impact businesses

What's in it for you?

A relaxed and inclusive working environment with colleagues from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. Knowledge sharing is central to delivering quality solutions, and all team members are encouraged to explore new technologies and areas that interest them

Training, courses certifications are encouraged to help you develop yourself professionally in your field

Delivering a strong work-life balance is a priority of the company. In practical terms, this means flexible working hours, options to work from home/remotely, options to travel for those who want to, and ensuring that you have time to take vacation throughout the year (perhaps in one of our company cabins!)

There is a modern office in central Oslo, with an onsite subsidised canteen and excellent facilities

As much as we hope you enjoy your work, there are lots of social events to ensure relaxation time with colleagues too - these include company parties, and smaller get-togethers with hobby groups, sports groups, and themed evenings
