Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be assigned on a project to design & order the data and flow for international projects and brands. You will be involved with stakeholders, design & development teams to constantly improve the businesses to achieve a successful deployment.



Role & Responsibilities

• Design and order the flow of data for Video Conferences
• Functional Requirements & Non-Functional Requirements
• Vision to improve work flows and the customer journey
• Attend the business stakeholder interviews
• Manage the project (design, planning, processes, testing, deployment)

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 1 IT project experience
• Experience in working with infrastructures in technology projects
• Ability to work with stake holders & development team
• Analytically thinking, initiative and flexibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge using Video platforms: Teams, Zoom, Skype, Cisco, Telephony
