Role & Responsibilities

• Developing customer platforms with Atlassian tools
• Administration & configuration of Atlassian tools
• Extensions on Marketplace Apps
• Support the operations team with cloud based applications
• Based on cloud technologies support the automation process
• Collaborate in the setup, configuration & live monitoring of the Atlassian products

Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of the German language
• Experience with Jira, Service management & confluence
• Running Atlassian environment
• Experience with ITSM / ESM solutions
• Knowledge of Atlassian cloud migration
• Knowledge of REST API & Docker
• Understand platform architectures
• Agile working environments
• Knowledge of test application with Gherkin or Cucumber
