They are currently on the lookout for a L2 Service Desk Specialist to join their growing Service Desk team.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Service Desk Team to resolve tickets
- Escalate to a higher-level IT team as appropriate
- Assist company employees to set up their IT devices and other devices
Skills- Minimum 4 years of Service Desk experience
- Google Workspace (G Suite) Support experience is essential
- Experience with Windows 10, MacOS, JAMF and Intune
- Exposure working as a Service Desk Engineer within a commercial setting in one or more technology suites (Zendesk, Servicenow, Python, Apple Products etc)
