Role Title: Support Analyst (MySQL Database + ETL in Cloud)

Location: Wroclaw, Poland - Remote

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Within this role you will be responsible for;

• Complete application maintenance including minor enhancement activities
• Solving incidents and problems, as well as analytics, in a complex BI environment
• L2 application support focusing on incident resolution, Service Request handling and Change implementation

Required Skills/Experience:

• Graduated with IT degree or a similar field of study
• 2 years of practical Application Maintenance Support/Development experience in cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana) and in MySQL Database
• Working experience with ticket Tools according to ITIL processes
• Knowledge of application support in L2 or L3 line
• ETL process analysis
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure
• Fluent in English both written and orally and minimum B1/B2 level German
