.NET delivery Lead

A dynamic and innovative technology company located in the heart of Warsaw, Poland. The team is currently looking for a Technology Delivery Lead to join on a contract basis. As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented team of developers and analysts, working on cutting-edge .NET native applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor an internal team of 3 Backend developers, 3 mobile developers, and 1 analyst/tester.
• Drive the development of .NET native applications and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement projects based on .NET and native mobile applications.
• Provide technical support, guidance, and mentorship to your team members.
• Allocate tasks and review the work of team members for quality and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Identify project dependencies and prioritize tasks to meet project objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET programming.
• Strong expertise in test automation, including unit tests, integration tests, API testing, and end-to-end testing using tools like Web Application Factory, Wire Mock, and PACT.
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture patterns, with a focus on microservices.
• 3+ years of experience in implementing IT projects using technologies such as .NET Core and ASP .NET Core.
• Proficiency in tools like Visual Studio (ReSharper preferred), Rider, and MS Build.
• Solid knowledge of version control tools, with a preference for GIT and an understanding of the Git Flow workflow model.
• Familiarity with design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Fluent in Polish, both spoken and written.
