
Job Description
This role will be responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise software applications, which allows the staff and legal professionals to perform their duties from office and remote locations.
Office locations include Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, LA, NYC, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and DC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supporting applications for document generation, business development, intake, billing, etc
- Suggesting enhancements and solutions for legal and admin departments
- Troubleshooting issues for users across the organization
- Installing and upgrading software for employees
- Making training materials for regional trainers, help desk, and end users
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related subject
- 5 Years minimum in legal software support
- 2 Years minimum with upper level support, training, mentoring of tech department
- Experience in a large multi office organization
- Experience with chronos, intap, microsoft etc preferred
