- Collaborating with the Inside Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the extensive truck part catalog and staying current with industry trends.
- Precisely processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.
Skills & QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of truck parts or the transportation industry is advantageous.
- Self-motivation with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Familiarity with Epicor Version 10 is a plus.
