Role & Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative with a car part manufacturing company, you'll be a key contributor to our success by:
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and research.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborating with the Inside Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the extensive truck part catalog and staying current with industry trends.
  • Precisely processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of truck parts or the transportation industry is advantageous.
  • Self-motivation with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with Epicor Version 10 is a plus.
