About Us:

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll be a key player in driving results and expanding our market presence. We're looking for a proactive individual with a hunter mentality to identify and secure new customers in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany. Fluent English (B2, preferably C1) is required with the ability to address customer's pain points is vital. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping our sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new customers.
  • Immediate management of 2 to 3 key accounts
  • Execute end-to-end sales processes and strategies, from initial introduction to deal closure
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of the market and customer needs
  • Energetic and goal-driven approach




Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT or logistics solutions
  • Proven track record in building customer relationships and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations is required
  • Fluent in English and Polish


Team Structure:
  • Report directly to the Sales Director, a key member of the Polish management team
  • Collaborate within a team of 3 in a hybrid office setting (3 days in the office)


Budget:
  • UoP or B2B in PLN
  • Commissions paid yearly (12-15% of yearly salary)
