A Global leader in the next gen digital services & consultancy needs a Business Analyst to design & order the data and flow for international projects and brands.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and order the flow of data for Video Conferences
• Functional Requirements & Non Functional Requirements
• Reservations work flows and target the customer journey
• Data map
• Attend the business stakeholder interviews
• Management of the projects structures

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have 1 IT project experience
• Experience in working with infrastructures in technology projects
• Ability to work with stake holders
• High analytic skills
• A high degree of initiative and flexibility
• High customer orientation
• High quality awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge using: Teams, Zoom, Skype, Cisco, Telephony
