Seeking a highly motivated Principal Quality Assurance Engineer who will elevate the quality of the ERP solutions to new heights.

Role:


  • Ownership: Leverage your extensive experience in quality assurance to take full ownership and lead all aspects of quality assurance for our ERP landscape.


  • Coaching Skills: Demonstrate exceptional coaching skills to guide and develop our quality engineering team.


  • Test Expertise: Utilize your strong background in developing and implementing test frameworks, test plans, manual testing, test automation, and bug management.


  • ERP Experience: Bring your experience with ERP systems, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle.


  • ERP Projects: Familiarity with ERP implementations, system replacements, and rollouts in new markets is essential.


  • Language Skills: Given our international presence, effective communication in both Polish and English is necessary.


  • Innovative: Display independence and drive to introduce new solutions and challenge the status quo.


  • Certifications: Industry certifications and soft skills training are highly valued.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership: Lead, develop, and take accountability for quality assurance in the ERP domain.


  • Quality Objectives: Define quality objectives and establish methods for monitoring their successful implementation, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable KPIs.


  • Process Robustness: Ensure that quality assurance processes and activities are robust, reliable, and tailored to our objectives.


  • Resource Planning: Plan resources for quality assurance activities.


  • Team Building: Establish a community of quality engineers within our matrix organization.


  • Coaching: Coach quality engineers to implement standards in their daily work.


  • Test Automation: Oversee the implementation and coordination of test automation.


  • Technology Trends: Drive the incorporation of emerging technology, approaches, trends, regulations, and legislation.


  • Monitoring and Reporting: Own the framework for monitoring and reporting on quality assurance activities, compliance levels, and improvement opportunities.
