Desired Professional Qualifications:
- Take professional responsibility for technical aspects of development in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis, design, system development, and application management.
- Lead and implement priority development activities.
- Contribute to solution design, architecture, and technology evaluation to ensure quality solutions.
- Maintain code structure, tools, environments, and CI/CD pipeline.
- Provide quality assurance and professional guidance to fellow developers.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong programming experience in C# and newer versions of .NET.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Optimizely CMS or similar is advantageous.
- Experience with API development and integrations is advantageous.
- Norwegian speaking.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, professional confidence, curiosity, and analytical thinking.
- Translates business needs into maintainable solutions of high quality.
- Has experience with agile development methods.
- Communicates fluently in Norwegian and English, both written and orally.
