Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced developer to join a dynamic team, operating within a cutting-edge technology environment. They have approximately 70 employees, and leverage modern solutions for customer experiences, learning technology, data warehousing, CRM, integrations, and more.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in a multidisciplinary development team, collaborating with developers, architects, designers, and product owners. Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization to production. Working with technologies such as Optimizely CMS 12 and .NET 7, including C#, Javascript/Typescript, and React, our team emphasizes efficiency through CI/CD, automated testing, and proactive monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take professional responsibility for technical aspects of development in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis, design, system development, and application management.
• Lead and implement priority development activities.
• Contribute to solution design, architecture, and technology evaluation to ensure quality solutions.
• Maintain code structure, tools, environments, and CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide quality assurance and professional guidance to fellow developers.

Desired Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong programming experience in C# and newer versions of .NET.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Optimizely CMS or similar is advantageous.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Javascript/Typescript is advantageous.
• Experience with API development and integrations is advantageous.
• Norwegian speaking.
