Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive automation, optimize performance, and manage costs. As an experienced specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the platform and monitoring all processes. Looking for proactive individuals who can take the lead and find solutions when faced with challenges. Collaboration with technical teams in Poland, Thailand, and Norway is key to ensuring the performance and scalability of our solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance our infrastructure and application deployment.
• Improve and implement build, deployment, and configuration management processes.
• Monitor metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members and colleagues on development and operations.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Work closely with developers to ensure new services and environments meet requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Document and design various processes, updating existing ones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• A DevOps mindset with a natural inclination for automation and optimization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on coding and scripting experience (Python, Java).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Java-based languages.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced DevOps environment.
