Project: This project is a support role for the rest of the developer team with the implementation of various solutions in a client technical environments to meet the business requirements

Client Description: This Client is a marketing technology solutions company, they mainly focus on salesforce marketing cloud as a platform, servicing the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advisor to the client
• Understand out of the box salesforce marketing cloud functionality, and tailor this to the client's needs
• Work collaboratively and have strong communications skills, especially in explaining complex concepts
• Manage customer expectations by negotiating solutions with the customer and third-party partners

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Salesforce marketing cloud
• Detail-orientated with an ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts
• Experience in the interactive marketing industry
• Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices within a large organisation
