I am currently engaged with a highly respected and innovative company who are investing heavily into their development teams and looking for a Java Tech Lead to head up a team of 5 developers to join one of their newest and most important projects. They are headquartered in Essex, UK with additional offices across the UK, Poland and USA and are an industry leading software company with a variety of clients in the automotive sector Role Overview
Working in a Java Tech Lead role you will be expected to be proactive, openly discuss current architecture and solutions, suggest improvements and draw from previous leadership experience to make decisions that will drive the project forwards. The successful candidate will be trusted to be able to collaborate with team members, management and clients to make sure projects are completed to a high standard and will be trusted to make decisions independently. The company prides itself on creating solid solutions so an emphasis on clean, high quality code is essential and you will also be reviewing the code produced by your team Working patterns and perks
