• Integrating overall user experience, in a hybrid set up to make it seamless.
• Looking for available products in the market or integrating new ones that will meet their needs.
• Analyzing current situation and developing a solution for the business.
• Listing functional requirements.
• Eg., of equipment's the bsuiness currently have - Cisco, Zoom, MS etc.,
• Collecting data from the business and translating in to the flow, in order to come up with a process.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
