Location: Warsaw - Poland / Remote

Salary: 15,500 - 17,750 PLN

Project: Within this position you will be mapping out the current manual state of video conferencing, and providing a video conferencing as a service.

Responsibilities:

• Examine the current state of business users video conferencing.
• Map out the manual process of rescheduling meetings, making conferencing available; and design automated processes.
• Provide solutions towards the idea of making video conferencing as a service.
• Bridge the gap between menial setup requirements to enhance the user experience.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to gain an understanding as to the current and progressive state of video conferencing.

Requirements:

• Experience within a Business Analyst position.
• Knowledge of Teams, Zoom, Skype, Cisco, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the English language.
• Experience planning and monitoring of project scope.
• A detailed oriented and highly organised individual.
• Able to communicate with business and IT professionals.
