Role Title: BI/ETL Maintenance Engineer

Location: Wroclaw, Poland - Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

Within this role you will be responsible for;

• Hands-on application maintenance and enhancement.
• Solving incidents/problems in a complex BI environment.
• Analytics and continuous improvements of IT systems.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Graduated with IT degree or similar
• 5 years practical Application Maintenance Support or Development experience (in ETL tech, like Informatica)
• Working experience in application support
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle is preferable)
• At least some basic experience working with ITIL framework
• Sound understanding of IT infrastructure
• Fluent in English both written and orally

Favourable Skills/Experience:

• Experience or theoretical knowledge of Java, Swing, and Business Intelligence
• Practical Application Maintenance support or development experience in cloud applications (AWS/Kubernetes/Prometheus/Grafana)
• Understanding of Cloud Architecture
