Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Application Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, working closely with clients to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to assist clients in finding solutions to common problems.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of software updates and enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on product usability and client needs.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on using applications effectively.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software development and database concepts is a plus.
