Senior Project Manager

My client is a multi-global leader in next generation innovative, modern digital services and consulting searching for an enthusiastic and zealous Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Warsaw, Poland. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, in a challenging and rewarding role.



Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct employee performance reviews
• Secure funding for projects
• Team work is imperative so collaborating with other teams to ensure the needs of the business are met are essential
• You will be working to an agile methodology
• Create a planning schedule
• It is important that you understand that you will have a clear objective to reduce operational risk, drive efficiency and improve developer productivity, enhancing the operating model
• You will need coordinate internal resources and third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Skills & Requirements

• A degree in project management, business management or a related field
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• High proficiency in financial modelling techniques
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager demonstrating leadership skills
• Experience and knowledge of Cloud technology is crucially imperative
