Support Analyst

I am recruiting for a Support Analyst to join an international company, who are currently looking for someone to join their office in Wroclaw. The client are global leader in digital services who are looking to expand this year. They are currently after a Support Analyst with vast experience, and knowledge of MySQL and ETL. The company are responsible for providing clients across over 40 countries with the navigation of digital technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Carry out application maintenance
• Within a BI environment, solve various problems and incidents
• Provide application support and focus on incident resolution and change implementation

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in IT (or something similar)
• Commercial experience in development of MySQL Database
• Experience with Cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Application support experience
• Fluency of English language
