Position: Fulltime, permanent
Role: Software Developer
Location: Oslo
You will be joining a department with a high level of expertise across different technologies, and plenty of room for you to grow and explore new areas
Projects are in both the public & private sector - and you could be working in industries such as education, healthcare, energy, and finance
There are a mixture of longer-term projects lasting years with enterprise and public sector companies, as well as shorter term projects with SMEs, start-ups and scale-ups requiring your expertise to give them a competitive edge
Where possible, consultants are matched to projects they genuinely want to be a part of - whether it is a client you have always dreamed of working with, a challenge that excites you, or the chance to work with new technologies and grow your skill-set
You will always attend projects as part of a consulting team, never alone, so you can form genuine relationships with your colleagues, and feel a valued member of the organisation
There is an inclusive and flexible working environment, with social groups for those who want to participate, and events throughout the year to get to know your colleagues better
This is a role in which you will continually develop, as part of a knowledge-driven company you will be encouraged to take certifications and courses to stay up to date (and rewarded for doing so)
We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills and experiences:
* Bachelors/Masters, or equivalent years of experience
* Professional experience in software development/engineering
* Proficiency in at least one OOP language
* For those wishing to focus on frontend or fullstack development - experience with at least one framework (React, Angular, Vue)
* Experience working with public cloud and container technology
* Certifications are beneficial
* As a consultant, we hope that you are able to deliver technical solutions competently, but it is just as important that you are personable, communicative, and innovative!
We strive for long-term client relationships where you have room to build bigger solutions, suggest more creative ideas, and really get to know the organisations you are working with so you can help them become better at what they do
Personal and professional development is highly regarded, with funded courses, certifications and workshops to gain new skills and experience new technologies - we welcome ideas from all levels and seniorities within the business to continually improve training programmes, and create dedicated time for learning during working hours
Alongside a competitive salary dependant on experience, you will also receive an enhanced pension, good health insurances, and a mobile phone & laptop
There are dedicated company policies to support flexible working conditions, these include flexible start/finish times to suit your schedule, and a hybrid approach to remote working
