As a true leader of the team, you will be responsible for the career aspirations, performance management and training needs of the people who will work in your teams. Your team will expect you to be a hands on manager, completely approachable for them to understand their constraints and concerns and ready to act as a facilitator to remove the hurdles and impel them towards a higher level of performance.

As the one face to the customer, you will take along various service lines, giving guidance to the relevant delivery heads on the staffing needs, commercials, availabilities and the interests of the service lines even as you try to build synergies amongst them to craft efficient, lean and quality solutions for your customers.



Role Requirements

• SAP S/4 HANA Implementation experience within Manufacturing Industry preferred (would potentially consider candidates from Life Sciences and other verticals, but, preference would be Manufacturing)
• Both Greenfield and Brownfield Implementation experience will be considered
• Managing Clients, scoping discussions, negotiating with the End Client and managing their expectations (pushing back on anything unrealistic)
• Manage Delivery / Program Management of Transformation Programmes
• Work alongside sales teams, to create solutions & grow accounts
• Capable of putting together a logical plan, to ensure that projects are on time / and on point from a quality perspective
• Experience with managing large Global / International Teams (people on client site combined with near shore / off shore teams) of 125 - 150 People
• Post Go-Live able to successfully hand over to an AMS Team to keep the project running
• Capable of managing both the front end / client facing part of the project AS WELL AS being accountable for the Delivery on the back end of the project
