My client is a multi-global leader in next generation innovative, modern digital services and consulting searching for an enthusiastic and zealous Business Analyst to join their growing team in Warsaw, Poland. Role & Responsibilities

• In order to ensure business is in succession efficiently evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions are all essential
• Performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking are important for ensuring success in your position and the needs of the business
• You will be leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies
• To fulfil maximum success in your role you will be performing market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• You will be required to increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• It is essential that if you are to increase further success for the business you must gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce beneficial reports

Skills & Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related fields
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• High proficiency in financial modelling techniques
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong fluency with excel formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
