
Role & Responsibilities:
As a Network Engineer for our client, you will:
- Manage and support Juniper products, including MX, EX, QFX, SRX.
- Demonstrate proficiency in routing protocols, such as OSPF, BGP/MP-BGP, and MPLS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
- Configure and maintain security devices, following security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network architecture and integration.
- Maintain thorough records of network configurations and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend the integration of new network technologies.
- Be available for frequent onsite visits to client locations in DC.
- Provide technology briefings and training sessions as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
- Proficiency in Juniper products, routing protocols, and multicast deployments.
- Certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and calmly handle pressure.
- Effective independent work capabilities while functioning well in a team environment.
