&lt;img src=https://counter.adcourier.com/bC53aGl0aW5nLjE2NDIzLjk5NjRAbmlnZWxmcmFuay5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;We are searching for a Quality Manager to join the team in Oslo!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;You will be a key player in helping us bring AI into financial markets, and helping customers in FinTech to use &amp;amp; understand their data on our platform&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Your goal is to define and maintain best practice procedures within the organisation to ensure our product is running optimally for our customers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;You will work with frontend and backend developers across the organisation to create testing guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in practice, allowing for a smooth production environment which supports changes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;As a product created to deliver data and meaningful insights, you will also work with the data engineering team to ensure pipelines are robust and delivering data correctly into the platform&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;Close collaboration with customers is essential to establish quality controls based on their requirements and, to deliver solutions to any problems that may arise&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;We are therefore looking for you to bring at least 3 x years of experience in a Testing/QA position, with a practical understanding of test automation &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;You should also have experience working closely with data/development teams, and be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;A solid understanding of best practice and industry guidelines is essential&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;As much as we hope you find your work rewarding, there are also some great incentives on offer!
