Job Description

This is a hybrid roles based in Warsaw. You are expected to come into the office 1 to 2 days per week.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Solve the most challenging and pressing engineering problems for our clients.
  • You'll be building massively scalable software and systems, architect low latency infrastructure solutions, proactively guard against cyber threats, and leverage machine learning alongside financial engineering to continuously turn data into action.
  • You will be responsible for introducing the latest UI technologies to the firm and streamlining their adoption.
  • You will be working with the business and development teams in a variety of businesses at the firm to define, develop, and validate the engineering solutions upon which the user experience for internal and external users are built.
  • You will help shape their overall design system and visual language, with a components library(of 55 components) that is used in hundreds of projects at the firm.



Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with React
  • Hands-on experience with some of the latest technologies to build rich web applications
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies such as React (mandatory), Angular, Typescript, and comfortable learning new languages
  • Experience with clean code and testing methodologies
  • Good English skills.
