Project: This project requires the ability to gather requirements, design and build functionality as well as being motivated, self-organised and having good work management skills. Part of the role consists of defining consistent taxonomy for business/engineering services and functions, it also includes dependency mapping across engineering as well as people, processes, vendors and facilities.

Client Description: This client is a large organisation, that really encourage remote working for their employees as well as working diligently towards improvement and growth within their organisation. They offer a wide range of services to an extensive client base and are looking for passionate, analytical and strategic employees.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on role developing software and functionality to be used across the firm
• Produce high quality software
• Leverage modern practices to develop software iteratively
• Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Java or JavaScript
• Strong design skills in architecting highly scalable and resilient systems
• ReactJS experience in React Hooks and GS UI Toolkit
• Experience with building cloud applications
