Job Description

A successful Director of Business Development has exceptional organization skills, written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to prospect and close new logo business. The Director of Business Development is a high intensity "hunter" with a demonstrated track record of aggressively building a funnel and translating opportunities into closed business.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships and engage with Oracle ERP sales and sales management in target industries
  • Opportunity development- work with Oracle ASMs to identify target accounts in the sellers territory and drive the sales process in partnership with Oracle sales team.

Skills & Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required or Associates Degree with 5+ years of relevant work and industry experience
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience with consistent > 100% quota attainment
  • Preferred outside sales experience in Cloud application sales
  • Success translating customer goals into a sales strategy to support revenue achievement
  • Experience with develo[ong and growing partner relationship with Oracle is preferred.
